Assistant Manager - Design & Estimation (PAS)

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing refractory lining systems based on project requirements, technical specifications, and industry standards.
• Collaborating with project managers
• Preparing detailed engineering drawings
• Providing technical support during the installation phases
• Performing inspections, quality control, and testing of refractory materials and installations
• Staying current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in refractory design and materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Ceramic Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with minimum 3-5 years of experience.
• Engineering knowledge of materials (strength & properties of material) & design engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD software for design and drafting (e.g., AutoCAD,/SolidWorks/Creo).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
