Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager - Financial Controller

Job Description

• Shape the future: As a financial controller responsible for our high performance program you will drive, manage and supervise cost optimization projects, in order to enhance profitability.
• Act customer-oriented: You pro-actively provide value added reports and insights for action to our stakeholders and management.
• Live Cooperation: You will handle regular reporting activities, work closely with the cost lever owners, business partners and interact with the all relevant stakeholders in India as well as Germany.
• Take responsibility: Your responsibility goes beyond project and cost saving activities, towards standardized and sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors in Commerce and CA/CMA (Inter).
• Personality: Ability to interface and co-ordinate with cross-functional and cross-regional stake holders. A team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills, eager to take on responsibility.
• Working style: Independent, effective, structured and solution-oriented.
• Experience: Ideally 3+ years of experience in handling Plant/corporate finance.
• Know-How: MS Excel, SAP FICO (COPA), PowerBI is a plus
• Languages: fluent in English (written and spoken)
