Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing prompt, frictionless, consistent and delightful customer service
- Working with other customer support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support.
- Identifying root causes of customer issues, areas for improvement and providing valuable feedback to business and development teams.
- Assisting with customer communication during critical launches and support events.
- Maintaining and improving NPS/CSAT
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in customer support in a fast-paced support environment
- Experience with B2B / B2C focused companies
- Experience in technical support

- Overall, 2-4 years of experience, which includes 1+ years of directly working with customers
