Assistant Manager - Color Coating Line/Coil Coating Line

Key Responsibilities:

Shade Matching & Quality Control:

• Ensure accurate shade matching through adjustments in raw materials (paints).
• Monitor and ensure defect-free coils are dispatched for ACP production.

Supplier & Vendor Management:

• Provide feedback to paint suppliers regarding quality and performance.
• Coordinate with external parties for new shade development.

Production Oversight:

• Ensure no production of unauthorized new grades.
• Adhere strictly to departmental SOPs and SLA guidelines.

Process Compliance:

• Maintain operational efficiency while complying with all production standards.
