Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Develop and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Review job advertisements, screen CVs, conduct telephone screenings, coordinate interview panels, and participate in candidate interviews
- Ensure proper documentation of candidate records and maintain accurate filing
- Oversee new hire orientation and exit processes
Employee Relations & Performance Management:
- Coach, counsel, and discipline employees as needed
- Oversee coordination and implementation of annual performance reviews
- Investigate employee relations issues and ensure HR decisions are consistent and fair
- Collaborate with senior management to resolve employee relations issues
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll:
- Coordinate with Finance Manager for monthly payroll preparation
- Review final employee payments for accuracy and compliance with labor laws
- Manage compensation and benefits administration
Administrative Management:
- Ensure smooth operation of all administrative functions in the country office
- Monitor office supplies, procurement, and budget adherence
- Supervise travel, hotel arrangements, visa/work permit processing for staff and visitors
- Oversee compliance and record-keeping
Training & Development:
- Initiate and coordinate employee training and development programs
- Encourage continuous learning and professional growth across teams
Policy & Systems Management:
- Implement, coordinate, and enforce HR systems, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with organizational and legal requirements
