Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Develop and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Review job advertisements, screen CVs, conduct telephone screenings, coordinate interview panels, and participate in candidate interviews
  • Ensure proper documentation of candidate records and maintain accurate filing
  • Oversee new hire orientation and exit processes

Employee Relations & Performance Management:

  • Coach, counsel, and discipline employees as needed
  • Oversee coordination and implementation of annual performance reviews
  • Investigate employee relations issues and ensure HR decisions are consistent and fair
  • Collaborate with senior management to resolve employee relations issues

Compensation, Benefits & Payroll:

  • Coordinate with Finance Manager for monthly payroll preparation
  • Review final employee payments for accuracy and compliance with labor laws
  • Manage compensation and benefits administration

Administrative Management:

  • Ensure smooth operation of all administrative functions in the country office
  • Monitor office supplies, procurement, and budget adherence
  • Supervise travel, hotel arrangements, visa/work permit processing for staff and visitors
  • Oversee compliance and record-keeping

Training & Development:

  • Initiate and coordinate employee training and development programs
  • Encourage continuous learning and professional growth across teams

Policy & Systems Management:

  • Implement, coordinate, and enforce HR systems, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and legal requirements
