Job Description

Candidate will support the team to deliver activities related to developing key predictive models and products. He will deliver tasks to support colleagues in providing deep technical analytical and data expertise to the business and other Data Scientists. Data Modelling , Data Visualisation, Data Analytics and Insights are required skills.

Key responsibilities

Daily Operations: Oversee the smooth, day-to-day functioning of the department or store. 

  • Ensure efficiency in all operational aspects, including managing schedules and coordinating with other departments. 

Staff Management: Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees to ensure they meet performance standards. 

  • Assist in the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of new and existing staff. 
  • Delegate tasks to ensure business runs smoothly. 

Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and address questions or concerns to maintain high standards of service. 

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies to improve the customer experience. 

Inventory and Resources: Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed. 

  • Assist with monitoring and managing operating costs, budgets, and resources. 

Administrative Support: Help with administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and report generation. 

  • Assist the manager with developing and implementing strategies and policies. 
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
