Assistant Manager

Requirements:

1.Scheduled Vibration data collection, in-depth analysis of vibration data and circulating reports to the concern section people in time.

2.Total Lubrication management (maintaining lubricants inventory, central lubrications rooms , optimizing lubricants consumption lube balancing in SAP, Testing of lubricants)

3.Conducting UT, MPT, DPT for all critical equipment/spares on scheduled basis.

4.Inspection of Open Gears Critical gear boxes and conducting heat exchanger effectiveness study

5.Utilization of SAP, shutdown management, conducting Thermography in scheduled basis. conducting Laser alignment as and when required.

6.Must have experience in the field of conditional monitoring

7.Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical / B Tech Mechanical
