Job Description

HSSE Strategy & Implementation

• Implement JLL and client HSSE policies across site operations

• Align HSSE objectives with client strategic requirements

• Ensure compliance with international safety management systems

• Drive continuous improvement in safety performance

Risk Management & Compliance

• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational HSSE risks

• Ensure statutory compliance with safety legislation and regulations

• Conduct risk assessments as per legal and client standards

• Provide updates on regulatory changes impacting operations

Incident & Accident Management

• Lead investigation of incidents and accidents

• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

• Maintain incident reporting systems and documentation

• Ensure timely escalation of safety issues

Audits & Inspections

• Conduct HSSE audits across sites and vendors

• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards

• Gather evidence through inspections and documentation reviews

• Close audit findings with corrective action plans

Training & Safety Culture Development

• Develop and implement HSSE training programs

• Foster a strong safety-first culture across teams and vendors

• Conduct awareness sessions for employees and contractors

• Promote continuous learning in safety practices

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Ensure vendor compliance with HSSE standards

• Work closely with client stakeholders and internal teams

• Build strong relationships to improve safety performance

• Influence leadership and teams on safety priorities
