Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations including administrative services, security, and maintenance

• Ensure adequate inventory of supplies and smooth operational support

• Manage vendor contracts, service agreements, and procurement activities

• Monitor vendor invoices and ensure compliance with approval and billing processes

• Maintain facility budget, petty cash, and operational expense tracking

• Conduct routine service audits and ensure SLA compliance

• Prepare stock reports, meeting minutes, and monthly management reports

• Support emergency response procedures including evacuation and crisis management

• Participate in health, safety, and risk management activities

• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in facility operations

• Coordinate with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels

• Lead and supervise facility teams to ensure performance standards are met
