Assistant Engineer

Job description:

1. Monitor & supervise the daily job activity of section.
2. Equipment scheduled & preventive maintenance planning.
3. Keeping record of maintenance activity of the equipment & maintain Daily, weekly checklist as per DGMS Guideline.
4. Execution of safety ,5s, housekeeping & shift working.
5. Equipment parts planning & working familiar with SAP
6. Communicate the Management guideline in downstream effectively.
7. Accountability: Maintenance: Schedule maintenance jobs and monitor their timely execution, using check list for improving availability of equipment of the mines and plant to achieve reduction targets.
8. System Implementation: Organize and execute ISO, EMS, WCM systems in his section for continuous, EMS, WCM systems in his section for continuous.
9. Cost Optimization: Study & analyze all cost factors of maintenance activities, identify & implement actions to minimize cost of maintenance.
10. Safety: Ensure Zero harm to man/machine. Supervise and ensure installation and working of all safety and ensure installation and working of all safety devices of equipment.
11. Strategic Planning: Plan the required spares for mining equipment as per life span of equipment. Plan for lubricant and diesel requirement of machine.
