Job Description
Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders including business leaders, subject matter experts, and L&D coordinators, to understand their needs and ensure alignment of learning initiatives with business objectives ·
Program manage leadership development programs including managing action learning projects from inception to completion ·
Create tailored interventions to address specific business needs ·
Manage relationships with external training vendors ·
Utilize and administer LMS, LXP and other learning technologies to track learner progress, manage content, and generate reports ·
Lead campus recruitment for the group
Desired Profile
· Full time PGDM/MBA or MSW or MHRM · Proven track record of designing, developing, and delivering successful learning programs · Strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design methodologies · Strong project management and organizational skills · Proficiency in using learning technologies, including LMS administration and e-learning authoring tools · Excellent presentation skills · Ability to work independently and as part of a tea
