AS400 Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and test AS/400 programs/modules using CL/400, RPG/400, and SQL/400
• Work on support items and issues received from the customer
• Serve as the single point of contact for issue resolution, clarifications, and process-related activities
• Collaborate with offshore teams and stakeholders to address questions and ensure smooth operations
• Plan and track project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of tasks
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and procedures for efficiency
• Create development procedures and assist in establishing new processes
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment on technical matters
• Ensure alignment with business goals while supporting ongoing operational needs
