Job Description
- User Administration and Rights Management: Oversee user accounts, roles, and permissions to maintain secure and efficient access control.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and implement interactive dashboards within the ARIS platform to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Portal Customization: Customize the ARIS portals look and feel to enhance user experience and ensure consistency with corporate branding.
- Data Feed Development: Develop and maintain data feeds to ensure seamless integration between ARIS and other enterprise systems.
- Configuration Management: Manage and optimize configuration sets to align with organizational requirements and best practices.
- Database Privileges: Manage database privileges to ensure appropriate access levels for users and applications.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to the ARIS platform, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Backup and Restore: Implement and manage backup and restore procedures to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity.
- Disaster Recovery (DR): Design, implement, and maintain disaster recovery plans for the ARIS system to ensure availability and continuity in case of system failures.
- Audit Queries: Conduct regular audit queries and provide reports to clients to ensure compliance with internal and external standards and regulations.
