Area Sales Manger - Deputy Manager

Role Responsibilities:

• Set and track sales targets for the team to ensure targets are met effectively.
• Review and manage the sales team's performance regularly.
• Research and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Handle assigned territory for Oil and Gas sales and business development.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in distribution sales within EDC, fintech, banking, or insurance.
• Strong communication, leadership, and networking skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the specified area.
• Capable of coaching, mentoring, and quickly applying new concepts in the field.
