Area sales Manager LAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive sales of Loan Against Property (LAP) and Micro LAP products within the assigned area
• Monitor and oversee the portfolio of branch LAP products (secured loans) to ensure growth and quality
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners to boost business
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall business objectives of the branch
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of portfolio performance and sales metrics
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursal of loans
• Identify new business opportunities and support marketing initiatives to promote LAP products
