Job Description

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute area-wise sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences
  • Ensure proper execution of sales strategies and promotional campaigns in the designated area
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing, delivery, and customer support
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales performance, pipeline, and target achievements
  • Provide feedback to management on product performance and market requirements
  • Train, guide, and support sales representatives or field staff to ensure consistent performance (for managerial role)
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1 to 6 years of experience in sales, distribution, or business development
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in assigned regions or territories
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
