Job Description
Growth of Distribution & Market Share: Drive growth and expand market share in the assigned area of operations.
Visibility & Accountability: Ensure visibility and accountability through extensive QR & Sound Box deployment and the sale of the product.
Team Recruitment: Identify and recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market.
Market Planning: Plan the market size, span, and geographies for TLs (Team Leads) and FSE (Field Sales Executives).
Communication of Plans/Targets: Devise the best methods for communicating plans and targets to the team to minimize expectations vs. delivery gaps.
Quality Monitoring: Monitor quality parameters as suggested by management.
Audits and Validation: Validate and conduct audits on acquisitions and sales done by the team.
