Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Sales Execution
- Drive revenue growth for simulation and engineering solutions across assigned territory.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
- Expand footprint within existing strategic accounts through cross-sell and upsell.
Channel Partner Management
- Manage and grow partner ecosystem in the territory.
- Enable, motivate, and drive partners to achieve sales targets.
- Develop joint go-to-market plans and ensure pipeline generation through partners.
Territory Ownership
- Own and execute territory strategy with clear account segmentation.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations.
- Maintain deep understanding of local market dynamics, competition, and opportunities.
Customer Engagement & Solution Positioning
- Understand customer requirements and position integrated CAD/CAE and PLM solutions.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams for solutioning and product demonstrations.
- Drive value-based selling and articulate ROI to customers.
Performance Metrics
- Consistent achievement of revenue targets.
- Active and engaged partner ecosystem delivering pipeline and closures.
- Increased market penetration and strategic account growth.
