Area Sales Manager

Key Deliverables:

• Drive merchant acquisition and servicing through a team of BDEs/RTLs
• Improve execution quality via audits and field reviews
• Ensure brand visibility and active participation in BTL campaigns
• Monitor market competition and ensure proper reporting to leadership

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach a team of 8–10 BDEs/RTLs for performance delivery
• Hire, train, and retain frontline sales staff across territory
• Resolve merchant issues and manage escalations effectively
• Ensure timely payout closures and compliance documentation
