Area Sales Manager

Role Responsibilities:

1. Manage, train, and guide the service team in the assigned territory.
2. Set and track sales targets while monitoring team performance.
3. Develop long-term customer relationships and handle service requests.
4. Travel within the assigned territory to build brand awareness and present company offerings.

Job Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in distribution sales in EDC, fintech, banking, or insurance sales.
2. Strong communication and leadership skills.
3. Ability to track and review sales targets for the team.
4. Knowledge of Excel (optional).
