Job Description
- Government Sales Management: Drive sales in key government hospitals and medical colleges across Kolkata and other towns in West Bengal.
- Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with nursing teams and purchase departments in hospitals.
- Demand Generation:
- Generate demand and secure purchase orders for 3M C3SD products approved by the West Bengal Government.
- Introduce proprietary 3M products in medical colleges to open new business opportunities.
- Promotional Activities: Conduct In-Service Programs (ISPs) and other engagement initiatives to promote new best practices and clinical protocols in hospitals.
- Channel Partner Management: Manage primary sales through dedicated government channel partners, ensuring smooth supply chain and compliance.
- Distributor Development: Coach and train distributor sales teams to generate business in upcountry hospitals.
