Job Description

• Manage leads for new Bosch workshop partners based on workshop target profile
• Execute value based sales pitch of the Bosch workshop offerings to explore the potential for Bosch workshop concepts
• Execute signup of new shops to expand Bosch workshop concepts in line with target profiles and strategy.
• Onboard recruited Bosch workshop partners to achieve full compliance with our standards
• Enable assigned workshops to maximize their Bosch parts turnover and profit while obeying the related Bosch strategy of workshops concepts.
• Ensure the implementation of Bosch activities, services and Q standards within the network
• Implement, control and develop all concept activities with the assigned workshop partners
• Support Bosch Car Service network through implementation of Workshop Management Software to achieve digital fluency
