Area Manager - Life Insurance(Banca) - 10.5LPA

Description

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to lead our Life Insurance division with a focus on banca channels. The successful candidate will bring substantial sales experience and a thorough knowledge of the life insurance industry. As Area Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and growing strategic partnerships with banks, improving sales performance, and leading a team to meet and exceed organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute sales strategies to meet business targets for life insurance products through banca channels.
• Develop, manage, and sustain strong relationships with bank partners to drive sales results and expand market share.
• Coach and mentor bank staff on life insurance products and sales methodologies to strengthen their performance.
• Review and interpret sales performance data to pinpoint opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Perform market research to determine customer needs and preferences, and update strategies as required.
• Maintain full compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the sales process.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in sales, preferably within the life insurance or financial services sector.
• Solid understanding of life insurance products and the bancassurance model.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with bank partners and clients.
• Demonstrated history of meeting sales targets and supporting business growth.
• Capability to evaluate sales data and market trends to support sound business decision-making.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and direct team members.
