Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling a team of business managers ( FLS )
• Develop an effective agency channel for assigned branch
• Sales & Business Development of health insurance products
• Handling strategic alliances and tie-ups with various channel partners
• To maintain profitability
• Analyzing health insurance business potential
• Arrange the product training programs and awareness session
• Achievement of overall sales targets.
• Execute sales promotional activities
• Must have exp in Health Agency

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Any Graduate from any stream
• Min.5 years of experience in agency channel in insurance sector & 1 year of team handling experience
• Good communication skill
