SIP Academy is seeking a dynamic Area Head for Franchise Development to lead our expansion efforts across India. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in franchise operations and business development, who can drive our growth objectives while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement franchise development strategies to expand SIP Academy's presence in the designated area.
  • Identify potential franchise partners and conduct thorough evaluations to ensure alignment with SIP Academy's brand values and operational standards.
  • Manage the franchisee onboarding process, providing training and support to new franchise partners to ensure successful launch and operations.
  • Monitor franchise performance and implement corrective actions to achieve business objectives and growth targets.
  • Build strong relationships with franchise partners to foster collaboration and ensure franchise satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the education sector.
  • Prepare and present reports on franchise performance and development activities to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-15 years of experience in franchise development or business development, preferably in the education or training sector.
  • Strong understanding of franchise operations and business models.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business development targets.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans based on data-driven insights.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
