The Area Head - SIP Academy (Franchise) will be responsible for overseeing the operations and development of franchise partners within the assigned region. This role involves strategic planning, partner relationship management, and driving the growth of SIP Academy's franchise network.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement franchise strategies for SIP Academy in the assigned area.
• Manage relationships with existing franchise partners and drive performance improvements.
• Identify and onboard new franchise partners to expand SIP Academy's presence.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for franchise partners to ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to support franchise marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Monitor and report on franchise performance metrics, providing insights for strategic decisions.

Skills and Qualifications
