Designation: Area Development Executive (ADE)

Channel: Tied Agency Recruitment Development Manager

About the Role

As an Area Development Executive, you will be the key driver of growth by building, developing, and leading a high-performing team of Advisors. This is not just a sales role, it's about leadership, coaching, and empowering individuals to achieve financial success while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

You will act as a Recruiter, Coach, and Sales Leader, a complete 360 role in building people, creating opportunities, and generating business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruiter

  • Identify, attract, and recruit high-quality advisors by promoting an exciting and long-term career in Life Insurance.
  • Present the career opportunity to prospective advisors and onboard them into the growth ecosystem.
  • Ensure all advisors undergo structured training on products, processes, and regulatory guidelines to build a strong foundation.

2. Coach

  • Monitor the daily activities and performance of advisors, ensuring steady progress and growth.
  • Motivate, mentor, and retain top performers while supporting and training average performers to improve.
  • Analyze customer needs, provide need-based solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Sales Leader

  • Drive business growth by leading from the frontaccompanying advisors on client meetings, providing live coaching, and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Conduct regular sales and recruitment promotional activities to expand the advisor base.
  • Achieve revenue and business targets by creating a strong sales funnel and instilling best practices in your team.

Who Can Apply
