Job Description
- Define and implement a scalable automation strategy aligned with CI/CD pipelines.
- Architect end-to-end automation frameworks (UI, API, Performance, Security).
- Select and implement modern automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, RestAssured, Karate, K6, JMeter, Postman, Cucumber, etc.
- Develop test data management strategies and integrate with mock/stub services.
- Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
- Ensure parallel execution, containerized test environments (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalability.
- Implement AI/ML-driven test automation and self-healing test scripts.
- Establish test metrics and reporting dashboards using Allure, Grafana, Kibana, or custom reporting frameworks.
- Define best practices for performance testing, security testing, and accessibility testing.
- Conduct code reviews, training for QA engineers
