Architect - Salesforce

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to transform new requirements into Salesforce designs and lead implementation with development teams.
• Design and govern highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Create application and technical design documents leveraging Salesforce best practices and PepsiCo standards.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and drive them to successful resolution.
• Address ambiguous problems and provide clear, simple solutions to complex challenges.
• Provide estimation and guidance for major Salesforce initiatives using deep business and product knowledge.
• Contribute to the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) by creating reference architectures, reusable assets, and data models.
• Evangelize and educate internal stakeholders about Salesforce technology through CoPs, workshops, and conferences.
