Position: Associate Consultant Architect

Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh

Qualifications: A degree or diploma in Architecture from an accredited institution; preference will be given to candidates with a B.Arch degree.

Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in the fields of architecture and project coordination is preferred.

Role Summary:

The Associate Consultant Architect will act as the primary liaison in the area, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among clients, consultants, contractors, and the main team based in Delhi. This role is suited for a proactive professional capable of overseeing daily project tasks, accurately conveying design concepts through detailed drawings, and efficiently addressing client needs in a dynamic work setting.

Core Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Oversee daily project activities and track progress to ensure timely completion.
• Client Management: Engage with local clients through meetings, follow-ups, and requirement collection.
• Site Supervision: Conduct site visits as necessary, monitor project implementation, and liaise with contractors and other consultants.
• Design Coordination: Accurately interpret and communicate design objectives between clients, on-site teams, and the Delhi office.
• Drafting & Documentation: Create, review, and adjust architectural drawings using CAD software, maintaining precision and compliance with project specifications.
• Regulatory Compliance: Utilize knowledge of local building regulations, development control policies, and approval processes relevant to Vijayawada.
• Communication & Reporting: Deliver regular updates on project status, identify potential concerns, and ensure clear communication with the central design team.
• Deadline Management: Handle multiple projects, urgent tasks, and shifting priorities while upholding quality and professionalism.

Ideal Candidate Profile & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in architecture and project coordination.
• Education: Degree or diploma in Architecture from a recognized institution; a B.Arch degree is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, with the capability to interpret, create, and coordinate architectural drawings.
• Local Expertise: Understanding of Vijayawada's building regulations, development guidelines, and approval processes.
• Project Involvement: Experience in coordinating architectural projects, conducting site assessments, and engaging with clients and contractors.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a clear capacity to express design and technical requirements.
