Domain: Physician Billing (CMS1500) & Hospital Billing (UB04)

Work Mode: Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR Calling) for US Healthcare
• Work on CMS1500 (Physician Billing) and UB04 (Hospital Billing) claims
• Follow up with insurance companies regarding claim status and payments
• Manage denials, rejections, and appeals

Key Skills:

• Experience in AR Calling – Voice Process
• Knowledge of CMS1500 (Physician Billing) and/or UB04 (Hospital Billing)
• Understanding of Denial Management & Claim Follow-ups
• Familiarity with EOB, ERA, and Insurance Portals
• Good communication and negotiation skills
