Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR Calling) for US healthcare (Physician Billing)
• Follow up with insurance companies for claim status & payments
• Manage denials, rejections & appeals
• Work on aging reports & outstanding AR
• Ensure timely claim resolution & revenue collection

Key Skills:

• Experience in AR Calling – Voice Process (US Healthcare)
• Knowledge of CMS1500 / Physician Billing
• Understanding of Denial Management & Claim Follow-ups
• Familiar with EOB / ERA & Insurance Portals
• Basic knowledge of CPT, ICD, HCPCS codes
• Good communication & negotiation skills
