Description

We are seeking an AR Caller to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates eager to start their career in finance and accounts receivable. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, contacting clients for overdue payments, and ensuring timely invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process
• Contact clients to collect overdue payments and resolve billing issues
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions
• Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Monitor and manage aging reports to minimize overdue accounts
• Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and ensure compliance with company policies
