Job Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) with extensive experience in Oracle Applications DBA, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) administration, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) migrations.
The ideal candidate will oversee the management of critical Oracle environments, including leading database and application upgrades, executing cloud migration strategies, optimizing performance, ensuring high availability, implementing disaster recovery plans, automating processes, and providing comprehensive operational support across large-scale enterprise systems.

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage OCI Core Services such as Compute, Storage, Object Storage, and File Storage
Configure and maintain Virtual Cloud Network (VCN), Dynamic Routing Gateway (DRG), FastConnect, and VPN connections
Implement and oversee Load Balancers, DNS, and Web Application Firewall (WAF) solutions
Develop and execute Backup and Disaster Recovery strategies
Administer OCI Identity and Access Management (IAM) Security, including IAM Policies and Dynamic Groups
Manage Federation, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Security Zones
Utilize OCI Vault for Key Management and oversee Bastion Services for secure access
Handle Certificate Management processes
Monitor and maintain operational health using OCI Monitoring, Logging, and Logging Analytics tools
Leverage Operations Insights for system analytics and performance metrics
Set up and manage Alarms and Notifications for system events
Lead Incident and Problem Management efforts to resolve issues promptly
Automate workflows and streamline operations using DevOps practices and tools
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform and OCI Resource Manager
Utilize version control systems such as Git
Apply automation tools like Ansible and develop scripts in Python and Shell scripting languages
Integrate and manage CI/CD pipelines to support development and deployment processes

Specialization in Enterprise Applications with a focus on Oracle Applications DBA roles is highly preferred.
