Apprentice-Technical Executive

Key Responsibilities

Technical Operations & Maintenance

• Manage and maintain electromechanical and utility systems across the site
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules
• Conduct routine inspections to identify risks and defects
• Maintain equipment history records and ensure asset performance tracking
• Monitor systems under AMC/CAMC and defect liability periods

Team Management & Supervision

• Supervise and guide technicians, engineers, and maintenance staff
• Support hiring, training, and development of engineering teams
• Ensure adherence to safety practices and operational procedures
• Allocate tasks and review team performance regularly

Vendor & Contract Management

• Manage vendor quotations, invoices, and contract renewals
• Conduct monthly vendor review meetings and track performance
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs for service delivery
• Coordinate with outsourced agencies for efficient operations

Risk Management & Safety Compliance

• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Perform root cause analysis for system failures and breakdowns
• Ensure work permits and safety procedures are followed
• Participate in emergency response, evacuation drills, and ERT/QRT teams

Client Coordination & Service Delivery

• Coordinate with clients, occupants, and internal teams for issue resolution
• Capture and act on customer feedback to improve service quality
• Ensure high standards of customer experience and satisfaction

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain engineering reports such as DMR and MMR
• Track maintenance logs, checklists, and compliance records
• Ensure proper documentation for attendance, cost sheets, and asset tracking

Energy & Cost Management

• Implement energy conservation initiatives
• Monitor budgets and control operational costs
• Track utility consumption and prepare monthly readings

Event & Operational Support

• Support events, CSR activities, and general facility operations
• Handle major complaints and escalate when necessary
• Ensure smooth day-to-day building operations
