Apprentice / Service Engineer

 Responsibilities:

• Assist in installation, servicing, and maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Support senior engineers in conducting routine checkups and preventive maintenance.
• Understand mechanical drawings and schematics for troubleshooting issues.
• Conduct basic fault finding and diagnosis under supervision.
• Maintain proper documentation of service activities and reports.
• Provide on-site support for customer equipment setup or repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures during fieldwork and workshop tasks.
• Work with tools and precision instruments under guidance.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and instruments
• Willingness to travel and work on-site at customer locations
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to industrial environments
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and follow instructions

Preferred Candidates:

• ITI / Diploma holders with hands-on workshop training
• Candidates from Indo-German Tool Room or equivalent reputed institute
• Candidates ith exposure to industrial automation or mechatronics (for B.E. background)
• Machine Maintenance (both preventive and breakdown) , Field service and repairs, installation and commissioning of equipment
• ITI Fitter or ITI Mechanic (or relevant ITI Mechanical Field) /Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and Megatronics(Indo German Tool)
• Field service and repairs, installation and commissioning of equipment, Communication skills, Learning Attitude, Presentation skills
