Apprentice - IT

• A candidate must have Decent Verbal & written communication skills.
• Any project management tools knowledge is preferred.
• ITSM knowledge is preferred.
• Basic understanding of Any Programming Language is preferred but not required.
• Technical skills are preferred but not required.
• Candidates should possess the following qualities: strong basic problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, a willingness to learn and take on challenging tasks, the ability to perform effectively under pressure, and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Document processes and procedures for IT operations
• Provide technical support to staff and users as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• Basic understanding of computer networks and systems
• Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux
• Knowledge of hardware components and troubleshooting
• Understanding of software installation and configuration
• Basic programming knowledge in languages like Python or Java is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
