Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in providing courteous, professional, and efficient service to guests, adhering to our company standards
  • Rotate through different sub-departments within the Food & Beverage division to gain diverse experience
  • Learn and perform opening and closing procedures for assigned work areas
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our menu items, including food and beverage combinations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace and surrounding areas
  • Assist in monitoring operating supplies and reducing spoilage and waste
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary
  • Support the team in various operational tasks as assigned
  • Participate in training sessions and actively seek opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
