Job description

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

• To assist in smooth operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of utilities, HVAC, and water systems.
• To comply with cGMP, QMS, and safety regulations while carrying out maintenance activities.
• To follow ALCOA+ principles while documenting maintenance records, calibration, and logbooks.
• To support the upkeep of equipment qualification, validation, and calibration as per schedule.
• To ensure adherence to safety protocols, proper PPE usage, and participation in EHS programs.
• To monitor service floor activities and utilities to ensure uninterrupted services.
• To report repeated breakdowns, deviations, and unsafe conditions immediately to supervisors.
• To assist in energy conservation projects, preventive actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• To raise purchase requisitions for spares/materials and coordinate inventory management.
• To maintain compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), statutory/legal regulations.
• To contribute to maintaining good documentation practices, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
