Job Description
- Analyze, design, develop, and debug software programs for commercial or internal Oracle applications.
- Implement and support Oracle business applications for HR and Payroll as part of a global team.
- Work closely with Oracle Product Development and internal business teams to implement solutions.
- Develop and implement product extensions, customizations, and enhancements.
- Perform testing of new releases and ensure production support for Oracle applications.
- Prepare flowcharts, write code, perform debugging, and execute system implementation plans.
- Recommend improvements to development, maintenance, and system standards.
- May serve in a project lead role, providing guidance to other team members.
