Job Description
- Provide L3 support for the CreditPoint application in a production environment.
- Handle incoming production bugs and application issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Analyze, fix bugs, and deliver patches in coordination with the Paris-based development team.
- Collaborate effectively with international teams to ensure smooth issue resolution and deployment.
- Ensure high reactivity in identifying, analyzing, and resolving production incidents.
- Maintain structured and well-documented support and bug-fixing processes.
- Adhere to quality standards and ensure timely delivery of fixes within SLA timelines.
- Participate in incident management and support activities for application stability.
