Job Description

Are you passionate about application support, troubleshooting, and delivering high-quality IT services We're looking for dynamic professionals to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day maintenance of application systems
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues with proper escalation
  • Handle client interactions (voice support – inbound/outbound) and log incidents in ITSM tools
  • Analyze root causes, known errors, and resolve complex issues across:
  • Software applications
  • Windows OS
  • SQL Server databases
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and support processes
  • Collaborate with senior teams for issue resolution
  • Contribute to knowledge management and documentation

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong experience in L1/L2 Support (Healthcare domain preferred)
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes & ITSM tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
  • Quick learner with process-oriented approach
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
