• Provide L2/L3 support for application issues in enterprise systems.

• Monitor system performance using application and infrastructure monitoring tools.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Aveva OSIsoft PI systems.

• Analyze logs and system behavior to identify root cause of issues.

• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to understand issues and provide solutions.

• Develop and implement automation scripts for routine support tasks.

• Maintain issue tracking and documentation for support incidents.

• Assist in improving application support processes and best practices.

• Participate in team discussions and support escalations.

• Ensure system availability and performance for business operations.
