Application Performance Architect - Software Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce CRM solutions to meet business objectives.
• Lead a team of administrators, developers, data, and security architects in executing Salesforce platform enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful delivery of Salesforce projects.
• Provide strategic guidance on leveraging Salesforce features to streamline sales processes, improve customer service operations, and enhance user experience.
• Manage user access, security settings, data integrity, and system configurations within Salesforce.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and best practices.
• Conduct regular end-user training to drive adoption of new Salesforce features and functionalities.
• Stay updated on emerging CRM trends and best practices to recommend innovative business solutions.
• Manage a dedicated data and security team to build scalable and modular architecture across multiple Salesforce orgs.
• Oversee data and security aspects of existing deployments and drive framework standardization initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams across CRM implementation, analytics, and process improvement for smooth operations.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure new deployments comply with the overall data and security framework.
• Monitor performance of existing solutions and troubleshoot issues due to evolving business or technology needs.
• Document technical specifications, processes, and best practices.
• Manage ongoing customer data projects to ensure accurate data delivery across teams and systems.
• Implement tools, systems, and processes for robust data hygiene and governance.
• Manage multiple Salesforce CRM projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the enterprise.
• Continuously improve processes, efficiency, and quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development and data/security experience.
• Strong enterprise-scale data management expertise.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with strong communication and critical thinking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201).
• Experience designing Salesforce Data structures and Security frameworks for large, multi-product deployments.
• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, AWS DevOps Engineer, or SAFe Agile.
