Application Engineering Manager, Workday Platform

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee end-to-end project execution, influencing critical initiatives and delivering solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects from ideation to full production.
• Mentor and develop application engineers to deliver scalable and reliable products using Workday and Google technologies.
• Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them while ensuring smooth project progress.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in managing engineers.
• 7 years of experience in enterprise systems development, preferably in the HR domain or with Workday.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SOAP, REST APIs, and industry-standard security protocols.
• Experience with GCP services such as GCE, BigQuery, or Spanner is a plus.
