Your Role And Responsibilities

As an Application Developer focused on Real Estate & Facilities, you will design, develop, and maintain applications such as IBM TRIRIGA, along with related frameworks and technologies. You will apply your knowledge of real estate and facilities management principles, combined with strong proficiency in software development methodologies and tools.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Develop Application Components: Build and update application components, integrate software packages, and work across platforms to support real estate and facilities management.
• Report Development and Interface Creation: Deliver report development, interface creation, data conversions, and enhancements using IBM TRIRIGA and related tools to address business needs.
• Software Integration and Support: Integrate and support software packages, maintaining smooth functionality and addressing technical issues as required.
• Apply Software Development Methodologies: Use software development methodologies and tools to produce high-quality solutions and sustain technical expertise.
• Enhance Application Functionality: Implement enhancements for existing applications, applying real estate and facilities management knowledge to drive improvements.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Exposure to Software Development: Proficiency in software development methodologies and tools, with experience contributing to application development projects.
• Real Estate and Facilities Management Principles: Strong understanding of real estate and facilities management principles, including experience applying these principles in a technical setting.
• IBM TRIRIGA and Related Tools: Experience working with IBM TRIRIGA and related frameworks and technologies, including report development, interface creation, and data conversions.
• Application Component Development: Experience creating and modifying application components, integrating software packages, and supporting work across different platforms.
• Software Integration and Support: Exposure to integrating and supporting software packages, ensuring seamless functionality and addressing technical issues as needed.
