Your Role And Responsibilities

As an Application Architect with a focus on ServiceNow, your role will involve evaluating client business needs and proposing customized ServiceNow implementation strategies. You will spearhead ServiceNow implementation projects, managing effort estimation, planning, execution, and architectural evaluation.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Lead ServiceNow Implementation Projects: Oversee the effort estimation, planning, and execution of ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time and tailored to meet client business requirements.
• Conduct Architectural Analysis: Carry out thorough analyses of client needs, pinpointing potential opportunities for ServiceNow implementation and integration with other systems within the ecosystem.
• Estimate Infrastructure Requirements: Evaluate and estimate the infrastructure necessities for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring smooth integration and peak performance.
• Manage Solution Delivery: Supervise the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with client business needs and adherence to industry best practices.
