• Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate effective Design Development Validation and Support initiatives, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service within the technology sector
• You will collect and analyze requirements and specifications to gain a comprehensive understanding of client needs, translating these into system requirements
• Your role will be crucial in estimating work requirements, providing accurate project estimations to Technology Leads and Project Managers

• Responsibilities
• In-depth knowledge of Testing Methodologies and processes
• Creating and developing sophisticated test cases for fast Web interfaces
• Developing robust automation scripts with 100% reliability and reproducibility
• Proactively identifying automation failures for debugging and providing necessary fixes
• Mentoring junior team members and enhancing their ability to manage all aspects of automation knowledge
• Expertise in integration and API-level testing along with API Automation
• Representing the Quality Engineering (QE) team in various forums and actively providing feedback
• Leading a team of 3 to 4 SDETs/Senior SDETs on projects and ensuring the quality of their daily tasks
• Publishing daily progress reports to stakeholders with all pertinent details
• Actively participating in scrum and other agile meetings
• Capable of contributing to testing efforts across any area within the platform’s technical stack
• Reviewing scripts and code created by junior team members to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Contributing at least one technical or process improvement plan to the department annually
