We are seeking a dynamic and motivated APAC Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for various positions across the APAC region, ensuring the attraction and selection of top talent to meet our organizational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the APAC region.
  • Source candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring procedures.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract talent.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the APAC region.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other recruitment software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
