Roles and Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and manage Qlik Sense servers and environments.
• Perform routine monitoring, tuning, and maintenance of the Qlik Sense platform.
• Implement security protocols, including user management, role assignments, and data governance.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery of the Qlik Sense environment.
• Apply patches, updates, and upgrades to Qlik Sense software and server infrastructure.
• Oversee integration of data sources with Qlik Sense from various databases, APIs, and data warehouses.
• Manage data connections, schedule data reloads, and troubleshoot data refresh issues.
• Provide technical support to users and resolve issues related to Qlik Sense dashboards and applications.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving application or performance-related issues.
• Train business users on best practices and optimal use of Qlik Sense tools.
• Monitor user access and data permissions to ensure data protection and compliance with organizational policies.
• Regularly audit the system for vulnerabilities and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and developers to support business intelligence initiatives.
• Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
